Our Community Garden plots provide a place to grow your own fresh produce, share knowledge and learn from other gardeners. Since 2012, Maryland-National Capital Parks and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) has created 90 garden plots at throughout Prince George's county.

Dine & Learn

Drop in for a free Dine and Learn session to enjoy a physical activity session, learn about healthy eating, view a cooking demonstration and sample delicious food. The monthly program is provided by the Prince George's County Department of Parks Recreation, Suburban Hospital, and the Prince George's County Health Department.

Local & Fresh Food

Enjoy fresh, local food at one of the many Farmers Markets in Prince George's County. Youth Gardening puts kids on a path to healthier eating by teaching them how to garden and letting them taste what they have grown.
