$350 For all teams - Men's, Women's, & Coed - Six (6) Team League: Fee includes 10 games (5 weeks of double-headers), umpires, balls (6), awards and scorebook. (Entry fees do not include tournaments). MAKE COMPANY CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS, OR CERTIFIED CHECKS PAYABLE TO: M-NCPPC. MASTER CARD AND VISA ARE ACCEPTED. NO CASH OR PERSONAL CHECKS (unless certified) WILL BE ACCEPTED.
ALL TEAMS WILL BE PLACED IN LEAGUES ON A FIRST PAID BASIS.
Leagues begin the week of August 26, 2018 – (Note: If necessary, Thursday & Friday Leagues at C. Dukes (Watkins Regional Park) will be scheduled around the SEPTEMBER 8 & 9, 2018 use of the fields for the annual Firefighters Tournament.)
M-NCPPC League Rules.
LIMITED TO 20 PLAYERS -- ROSTERS are DUE before the first games. It is the coach/manager’s RESPONSIBILITY to make sure the roster and/or roster addition has been received in the Sports Office.
ADDITIONS CUT OFF DATE: SEPTEMBER 14, 2018. Players may play on more than one team, but only one in the same league. Rosters are to include name, address and telephone numbers - no signatures required.
If a team drops prior to the LEAGUE ENTRY CLOSE DATE, the team will receive a full refund. AFTER THE LEAGUE ENTRY CLOSE DATE, if a team drops and is replaced, the team will receive League Fee minus $100. If a team drops AFTER THE LEAGUE ENTRY CLOSE DATE, failure to replace will result in forfeiture of the TOTAL League Fee. This policy is standard and non-negotiable.
Games will be rescheduled by League Director on the same day of the week and same field depending on the number of rain-outs. There is the possibility of moving to another night and field.
