Classes, Camps & Workshops GAC Camps

Throughout the year, the Brentwood Arts Exchange offers classes and workshops of interest to all ages – from children’s programs to learning opportunities for teens, adults and working artists.

Adult Class - Spring 2015


Create, design and learn the proper and safe way to use power tools for the production of hand-made metal jewelry. Learn how different techniques are used to produce a finished piece of jewelry. A materials fee must be paid to the instructor at the first class.

Fabric Doll-Making Workshop


Just in time for Mother’s Day and especially for mothers and daughters (or grandmothers, aunts, cousins…), the Brentwood Arts Exchange will partner with the Ragbaby Exchange to host a one-day workshop using fabric to make unique, one-of-a-kind dolls. This fun and exciting workshop covers the art of doll making as a strategy for building self-esteem and confidence. Reservations are required; space is limited. All materials included! Children's Metalworking Workshop

Experience and learn the techniques of small metalworking including torch work and cold manipulation.  Projects include making your own jewelry or functional art, such as rings, bracelets, and usable bowls. SMARTlink registration required.

Creative Expressions Summer Camp 2015

Discover a world where your child can create fun art projects that expand their imagination, express their creativity and sharpen their learning skills. Each camp will pursue a variety of artistic media integrated with such themes as fantasy, animals, nature and adventure. New projects are offered each session, so come for one camp or the whole summer! A visit to a swimming pool and a punch and cookie reception/exhibition round out each exciting camp.
