RentalsThe Brentwood Arts Exchange’s Gallery or Classroom are available for rentals. Rentals are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, as the program schedule allows, and must be arranged at least 30 days in advance. Rates vary depending on the type of organization: relative to non-profit status, bi-county residency, and whether or not an organization is arts-focused or not.
The Classroom may be rented to artists, groups, and individuals interested in hosting meetings or presentations.
The Gallery can be rented for meetings or events only, after 7pm on weekdays, 4pm on Saturdays. Those wishing to host weddings or receptions should visit ‘Elegant Settings’ at www.pgelegantsettings.com. Gallery rentals may only be rented as the exhibition schedule permits, which will be determined by the Director.

All rental requests require completion of an application. Based on the center’s availability and rental needs, a contract will be issued. Rental payments will be due 15 days in advance of the event. Rentals include access to the classroom or gallery, kitchen, and facility restrooms. Rentals include use of 50 chairs, 20 3x5’ folding tables, and a podium with microphone.
The kitchen use will include access to the refrigerator and use of the microwave for warming. All food brought into the Brentwood Arts Exchange must be prepared by a licensed Food Service manager. For catered events, a certificate of Insurance and Occupation License must be received by the Facility Director prior to approval being granted. Family-style catering is prohibited.
Parking at the Brentwood Arts Exchange is limited. Guests may also park on the street.
All renters are expected to be aware of and comply with all rules and regulations.
