From the Capitol Beltway (I-495), take the Baltimore-Washington Parkway North, and exit at Laurel-Bowie Road (Route 197) North. Continue on Route 197 (Laurel-Bowie Road) to Crystal Plaza Shopping Center/Muirkirk Road. Turn left onto Muirkirk Road; Art Center Drive is first right.ParkingThere is plenty of free parking available at the Arts Center.Planning Your VisitVisitor GuidelinesThe galleries and studios at Montpelier are free and open to the public seven days a week. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult when visiting the galleries. No photography or video taping is allowed in the galleries without permission of the artists or the arts center.Gallery Hours10 am-5 pm seven days a week.
