Expressions of a People

Event Description:	You’re invited to a FREE Black History celebration featuring musical performances, children’s activities, workshops, and entertainment for the entire family. Past performers at this popular event have included gospel singer Robert Pearson, The Oxon Hill High School Gospel Choir, Baba Jamal Koram, The Smooth & EZ Hand Dance Performance Troupe, a cappella singing group Nu Era, and storyteller Very Oye Yaa-Anna Auntie Oye. Children will enjoy mask-making, face painting and a caricaturist.
