Conservation Sketch Plan

Conservation Sketch Plans are used to inventory and prioritize site features for conservation for a tract of land. Site features may include but are not limited to scenic, historic, environmental, and agricultural characteristics. A Conservation Sketch Plan is required as a prerequisite to filing a conservation subdivision.

Subdivision and Development Review Committee (SDRC):  Not Required

Decision-Making Body: Conservation Sketch Plans are ruled upon by the Planning Director.

Fees: No fee
