The property is a filled sand and gravel pit, zoned Open-Space (O-S), and contains approximately 87.84 acres. The project will occupy approximately 23 acres of the property and will be secured by a seven-foot, non-reflective, black chain link fence. The site is partially or fully obstructed from view on the west, south, and east sides by mature trees. The site is partially obstructed from view from the north by the site’s topography, a post office, and trees.
