To commemorate the 30th Anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Jessica Cox visited the College Park Airport. Jessica is best known for becoming the first armless pilot in aviation history. Her arrival coincided with the ADA’s 30th Anniversary and the 80th Anniversary of the renowned aircraft she pilots, the Ercoupe. Upon her arrival, Jessica was greeted by the Mayor of the City of College Park, Patrick L. Wojahn, Chairman of the Prince George’s County Planning Board, Elizabeth M. Hewlett, College Park Airport Manager Lee Sommer, and the Director of the College Park Aviation Museum, Kevin Cabrera.
