Celebrate African Heritage Month and Active Aging Week with Fritete Ensemble leading Besa – Feel the Beat, Move Your Feet, a class designed for seniors who love singing and dancing. Participants will enjoy learning traditional dances, chants, and rhythms from the Mother Continent. These classes consist of moderate stretching, cardio, and crafted African movements. Wear athletic wear, sweats, leggings, or an African wrap skirt.
Note: This class is offered on three different dates and will be the same class each day. If you would like to attend multiple classes, please register for each one.
