Safety Alert: Stay Off Frozen Lakes and Ponds

During cold weather conditions, lakes, ponds, and other bodies of water may appear frozen but are not safe. Ice can be thin and unstable and may give way without warning, posing a serious risk of injury or worse.

For your safety, please do not walk, skate, or enter any frozen water surface at any time, regardless of how solid it may appear.
